Kristine Lane

Kristine began practicing yoga in 2021 as part of her weight loss journey. She quickly realized the peace and mindfulness that came along with the practice. Since beginning the practice she's begun to also study the yoga philosophies, embarking on the most meaningful journey yet, full of self study and reflection. She completed her 200 teacher training at the Yoga House in 2024, learning that yoga is accessible for everyone. She hopes to create the same atmosphere of mindfulness and kindness for others that the teachers of The Yoga House have created for her.
