    A gentle style of Hatha yoga for those seeking a beginner class or a softer approach, this class is sure to hit home. With welcoming and accessible teachers, this slower-paced class is designed to help students become more comfortable with yoga poses and terminology, gain a better understanding of alignment and the foundational principles of yoga philosophy, and includes ample time for relaxation.

  • House Blend

    In the same way that a fresh cup of your favorite brew awakens the senses, this all-levels vinyasa (flow) class is sure to invigorate mind, body, and soul. Each teacher brings their own flavor, based on years of personal passion and diverse educational backgrounds, making the class dynamic and different every time. House Blend is sure to satisfy your craving for mindful movement.

  • House Blend+

    If you love our dynamic vinyasa-based House Blend but want a little more espresso-like zip to your practice, this class is for you! Flows in House Blend+ are fast and vigorous, taught by various teachers who each bring their own unique style. Classes often include options/instructions for arm balances and inversions for those who enjoy a spirited on-your-hands, head-above-heart vinyasa experience.

  • Home Stretch + Strengthen

    This slower, highly adaptable class focuses on increasing flexibility, functional movement, and strength. A great option for those looking for a beginner or more foundational fitness fusion experience at a moderate pace. Instructor dependent, the class may use weights and strength bands for added load-bearing experiences.

  • The Melt

    In the same way ice cream melts on a hot day, this all-levels part Yin, part Restorative class is sure to take you from a solid to a more liquid-like state. With long, buttery stretches and holds to oh-so-relaxing releases, this class is a perfect way to let stress and tension wash away.

  • Pilates

    Join us for this beginner friendly contemporary Pilates class that fuses traditional Mat Pilates exercises with fascial stretches, joint mobilization, and exploratory movement. Open to all levels and bodies!

  • PowerHouse Pilates

    The Yoga House's signature fusion class pairs a more energizing contemporary Pilates experience at a faster pace with Yoga poses to aid in muscle elongation and flexibility.

    This all-levels class blends the very best of Pilates (core strengthening, precision, and control) with many of the qualities of a Yoga class (mindfulness, breath, and flow) to develop strength and support from one's center, both physically and mentally.

  • Pre / Post Natal

    Tending to your physical, emotional, and spiritual body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and baby. This class offers the tools to compassionately connect with your body, breath, and feelings as you begin your journey into parenthood.

    You’ll be guided in movement, breath, and meditation practices that support your pre and post natal body. We will focus on the pelvis, spine, and nervous system, through a flowing and restful practice. There will be space for sharing about your pregnancy with other birthing people who are on a similar journey.

    As you embrace wellness during pre and post natal, baby learns early on what being healthy feels like in their body too!

  • Yoga HIIT

    Yoga HIIT

    This dynamic class is a powerful fusion of yoga, bodyweight movements, and High Intensity Interval Training. (HIIT).  Class starts with a 10-15 minute warm-up to prepare the body and center the mind, then dives into two rounds of intervals, each with 10 invigorating movements, and concludes with a 10-15 minute cool down and stretching session to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. This class is designed to help you stay grounded, energized, and strong inside and out.

  • Community

    Join our community — a donations-based class suited for all levels, overflowing with camaraderie and connection. A portion of the proceeds from every class are given to a variety of local organizations that support women, LGBTQ+ groups, and social justice. You’ll be inspired — and literally moved to action.

  • Community Evening Meditation

    Community Evening Meditation invites you to cultivate presence and gratitude with mindfulness exploration and guided meditation, offering a space for reflection and growth, all while honoring the flow of generosity and support of our community. We will explore topics like foundations of mindfulness, body scan, mindfulness meditation, and loving kindness. This is a donation-based class so you’re invited to pay what you can.
