Hadar Kaly
Hadar (they/them) is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and ACE certified personal trainer. They began doing yoga at 12 years old, accompanying their mom when she went to yoga classes. As a teen, Hadar continued to practice yoga independently, and in 2013 they began an internship at Integral Yoga Institute which solidified their love for yoga. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in their early 20s, Hadar had to completely restructure their life to accommodate being chronically ill, and through that work they rediscovered the necessity of yoga as a way to support the body and mind in healing, recovering, and becoming more resilient.
Hadar completed their yoga teaching certification in 2023 through Accessible Yoga School, and taught in Brooklyn before moving to Kingston in July of 2024 with their wife, dogs, and pet rats!
Hadar is passionate about creating and holding space for other queer, trans, and nonbinary practitioners, people with disabilities, people in larger bodies, and anyone else who has felt excluded from modern yoga spaces.
