Cait is a dedicated advocate for holistic wellness and mental health. In 2019, she chose to pursue Yoga Therapy, drawn to its transformative tools for balance and inner peace. With over 1000 hours of training, Cait completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Stone Wave Yoga in 2020 and earned her Yoga Therapy certification from Prema Yoga Institute in 2024.
