Libby Nicholaou

Libby is a yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to community building. She offers practices that bring awareness to the subtle body, creating spaciousness in the mind, vibrance in the body, and compassion from the heart. Libby believes that making time for stillness and rest allows us to live more fully as our unique, vibrant selves.

With 700 hours of training, she holds certifications as an E-RYT 200 and YACEP. Libby supports people in achieving better sleep, releasing tension, and healing aches, especially the postpartum body. She blends restorative yoga with techniques from yoga nidra and guided meditation to promote deep relaxation in the muscles and tissues. Her experience working with trauma and mental health populations, along with her personal journey of childbirth and living with an autoimmune condition, gives her a deep understanding of how yoga enhances health and well-being.
