Spring Rebirth

a full moon lunar eclipse transformation! with Theresa Lyn Widmann

Lunar eclipses mark a time of breakdowns and breakthroughs, a releasing of what is no longer working for us. With this lunation in the tropical sign of Scorpio, we are called to become the “Phoenix Rising from the Ashes,” stronger, wiser and more aligned with our heart’s destiny. Using the power of breath, movement, sound and intention, we’ll invite our bodies and minds to release the fears, doubts and shame that burrow in our shadow in order to spread our wings and fly.

Please bring a journal and a small sacred item to be charged with your Full Moon intention. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Theresa Lyn Widmann is a Sound Facilitator, Holistic Coach and movement fanatic who loves creating space for others to heal, dream and thrive. She has formally studied Sound Healing, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Akashic Records, Reiki, and Mediumship amidst a myriad of informal studies in related subjects such as diet, nutrition, meditation, energy work and spirituality. She is a Certified Health Coach and a Certified Life Coach whose practice and offerings are continuously evolving and expanding as she grows, learns, and incorporates new wisdom and experiences. She is also the host of I Want What She Has, a podcast and weekly live radio show at Radio Kingston dubbed the “antidote to the patriarchy” amplifying women’s voices and their stories. She serves the community as the Chair of Live Well Kingston’s Heal Well Focus Group, as a Member of the YWCA’s Advisory Committee, as a member of the Ulster County Restorative Justice Task Force and Conviction Integrity Unit, as a volunteer practitioner with the Holistic Health Community, and as the former Festival Director and Board President (and forever volunteer) for the non-profit, O+ Festival, an organization which empowers communities to take control of their collective well-being by exchanging the art of medicine for the medicine of art.
