A workshop designed for yoga teachers to learn strategies to cultivate greater inclusion within classes and expansion of the yoga community at large. As a teacher it is vital to cultivate sensitivity and awareness of different cultural and social norms in order to create a safe container, conducive to transformation and learning. You will leave this workshop with tools to better support and serve the communities and individuals you work with.  Come ready to dive in and uncover what is keeping you separate.  Be prepared to participate in powerful group discussions, journal, move your body, and engage in small group activities.  Wear comfortable clothes, bring something to write with and come with an open mind and open heart.
