New Beginners Yoga Class

Learn or revisit the fundamentals every Thursday morning at our newly added Beginners Class, 9:30-10:45am with Mel Toth. We all come to the mat with a unique bodily history, and Mel knows how to get to the heart of how yoga can be your best medicine. One of Mel’s gifts is her attentiveness to each individual. She will pay close attention to your specific needs, and she will break down each posture, offering modifications and suggesting props in order to make any newcomer or returning practitioner feel comfortable.
