Arm Balances & Inversions – Free Member Workshop – with Amy Reed – Jan 18th, 1-3pm

Purchase

At The Yoga House, we love to explore and play with arm balances and inversions, but sometimes a traditional class doesn’t afford us enough time to give them a try and to tinker with our approach. Over the course of 2 hours, join Amy Reed for a focused, flowing class designed to help you move toward and/or refine your balancing and inversion practice. You’ll learn to self-support, gain greater proprioception, and have time to practice and play.
