chakra-body1The practice of balancing our Chakras, the seven primary energy centers along the spine, is available to all students who want to go deeper in their yoga practice. For beginners and experienced yogis alike, this practice can strengthen and balance the flow of life force at the seven most powerful regions of the body: your perineum, sacrum, solar plexus, heart, throat, pineal glad, and crown of the head. This essential practice is diverse and includes self-study, visualization, asana, pranayama, and meditation. Ultimately this practice can awaken your Kundalini, the Spirit Consciousness that lays dormant at the base of your spine and opens your body, mind, and heart to its highest potential!
