New Beginners Yoga Class

Learn or revisit the fundamentals every Thursday morning at our newly added Beginners Class, 9:30-10:45am with Mel Toth. We all come to the mat with a unique bodily history, and Mel knows how to get to the heart of how yoga can be your best medicine. One of Mel’s gifts is her attentiveness to each individual. She will pay close attention to your specific needs, and she will break down each posture, offering modifications and suggesting props in order to make any newcomer or returning practitioner feel comfortable. Scott Johnson Takes Over the Monday & Wednesday Morning House Flow Classes

Meet Scott Johnson!

Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am

 
Come meet Scott Johnson who has taken over the Monday and Wednesday morning House Flow at 9:30am. A 2015 graduate of The Yoga House’s Teacher Training program, he brings his crew coaching expertise to bear in the yoga studio. He has a gift for communicating the nitty-gritty of asana alignment in an approachable and lighthearted way. Noticing that yoga has been excellent cross-training for this avid skiier, rower & spinner, Scott is eager to share yoga’s physical and psychological benefits with others: “Yoga should be practiced in a spirit of lightness and fun!
