We had so much fun at the last Community Night that we must open our doors again! We invite you to come and bring your favorite vegan dish and the kids and relax and enjoy like-minded folks in our beautiful space. And this time we have a special treat for you; an informal concert by handpan player, Dan Mulqeen.
If you really want the full evening of the delights of The Yoga House, come to Julie Colton’s 5:00pm Flow & Go class, where Dan will accompany the class–practice to live music! Sign up here.
What’s the handpan, you ask? Check out this video of Dan.
This is a free event with a donation bin for the musician.
Looking for something different to do on a Saturday night? We’re opening our doors and sharing the space for a community evening of hanging, maybe singing, maybe yoga-ing. Bring your favorite vegan dish, maybe an instrument, maybe a yoga mat, or even your juggling balls for a night of eating and mingling with like-minded folks. This is a family-friendly night, so bring the kids along and enjoy a relaxed evening in our beautiful space.
Refreshments will be served.
Fran will join us immediately following the Community class to provide information about the organization and a thoughtful retrospective on how your weekly donations have impacted her children and families in our community.
Attend both the class and gathering, or skip the class and just mellow out afterwards with some amazing Kingstonites as we get to know Fran and the wonderful work she does.
Held each Sunday from 5:00-6:15pm invites you to connect more deeply to selfless service (Seva) and the art of giving. Proceeds from each class benefit The Family Inn Program of Family of Woodstock Inc., a United Way Agency. Teacher Amy Reed encourages students to tap into the root of the yogic philosophy of kindness in thought and deed. It is remarkable what doing for others does for the soul!
