Tandem Yoga: Balancing Earth & Sky

Gear up for tricks and playtime. Friend of the studio Emily Seymour will teach us an acro-influenced, Tandem Yoga class.
Tandem Yoga is a heart-centered practice that explores balanced opposition and connection through collaboration. We will embody the earth and sky elements through acrobatic yoga and partner assists. Includes an overview on healthy alignment in backbends. All levels are welcome although a basic yoga foundation is recommended. No partner is necessary – come solo or bring a friend!

All proceeds will go to Off the Mat, Into the World®, a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging yoga and social activism. This event is part of LuvMat’s Yoga Empowers Project (YEP).
