Ustya Tarnawsky is a local artist and herbalist living in High Falls, NY.  Her works are drawings on paper, cotton thread and gold pigment, and Japanese style woodcut. Her spiritual connection to the plants leads her to work with them on many levels, and drawing is often the first step in the development of these relationships.  She tends extensive herb & flower gardens at the Clove Valley CSA, creates herbal body care preparations under the name “Medicine Gardens” and helps people start their own gardens, so that they, too, may begin a loving relationship with the land they live on and the plants that bless it. Her herbal products will also be available.
