Prenatal Yoga* - It’s no secret that prenatal yoga can be one of the best forms of exercise for mamas-to-be. Join new mom Jacqui Nash every Monday for a prenatal yoga class open to all levels. Through the class, we’ll explore very gentle prenatal poses for women new to yoga and we will even touch on some sequences for more experienced practitioners. Each class will end with restorative postures, meditation and final relaxation.
* – 60 minute class
House Flow – This mixed-level Vinyasa class is designed to invigorate, stretch, strengthen, and calm. Class includes breathing exercises, sun salutations, a sequence of standing and seated postures, and final-relaxation pose. If we think you’re ready for it, we might just throw in some arm balances or inversions. Some yoga experience recommended. The pace is tailored to the students who arrive.
Sivananda Yoga - This class loosely follows the structure devised by Swami Vishnu Devananda to benefit students physically, mentally, and spiritually. Each class includes the practice of pranayama (yogic breathing), 12 classic postures with variations, and guided relaxation. Postures are held for some time to increase flexibility and strength, tone internal organs, balance the emotions, and develop concentration. A hallmark of Sivananda is that it proceeds “backwards,” with inversions first and standing after that.

Polica – I See My Mother
Yoga doesn’t just make me smile; it makes me smile at the cellular level. It has awakened parts of my body that might otherwise have slumbered for decades. It has breathed life and love into every part of my being, and it will for you too if you let it (maybe it already has). In my classes I very simply aim to share the joy yoga has brought me. That’s why we play and jump and fly and fall. I am sharing my practice with you in the hopes that you’ll fall in love like I did.
