Between the two of them, there will be SEVEN offerings from The Yoga House throughout the weekend. Take classes and workshops with Leigha, Jacqui and many other gifted yogis and yoginis from the Hudson Valley and far beyond.

Yoga Story Time, ages 2-4 Years, joins our regular schedule in October

$10 Drop-In or $35 for 5 Sessions

Looking to introduce yoga to your 2 year old, but not sure how? This ain’t no ordinary book-reading. Our 30-45 minute story time will engage your child in a new way as Mel Toth, yoga instructor and previous childhood educator, has creatively combined stories and books with teaching your children yoga poses and yoga breathing. Your toddler will begin to understand his/her body and movement which will help with coordination, spacial awareness, and following directions.
